Please contact customer services on to request return authorisation, stating reason for return. If you are asked to return any products, please package them well to prevent any damage during transport.

We recommend that you use a “signed for” delivery method and obtain proof of postage. Please include a note detailing the reason for the return, your order number and any other details our Customer Services department have asked you to include. Unfortunately we cannot accept liability for returned goods that we do not receive, or for those that are damaged on their return. It’s important that returned products are in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them.

We do not currently have an exchange system in place and due to safety and hygiene restrictions, only unopened unused items that are in the same resalable condition that you received them can be returned.
